What a JB booking actually involves

Johor Bahru is about 330 km from our base in Kuala Lumpur, roughly a four-hour drive on the North–South Expressway. That distance is the only real difference, and it changes three things:

• Arrival and setup — the crew leaves KL early and arrives well before guests do. For an evening reception in JB we typically plan the drive so setup is finished with time to spare, not on the hour.
• Travel is quoted, not hidden — travel outside our standard service area is quoted separately so you can see it. It is not folded into a padded package price.
• Cross-border guests — JB weddings and corporate events often have guests coming up from Singapore. Instant print matters more here, because a physical keepsake goes home with people who will not be back next week for a photo link.

The three kinds of photo booth you'll find in Johor Bahru

• Classic instant print — shoot on-site, print instantly. Guests walk away with a real physical photo, no QR code, no waiting. The dependable crowd-pleaser.
• 3D Photo Booth (3D Lenticular) — tilt the print and the image shifts and moves. A physical photo people keep because it's unusual, not because they were told to.
• 3D AI Photobooth — shoot on-site, and AI instantly generates a stylised art version. The real photo and the AI version fuse into one 3D print — tilt to switch between the two worlds.

A template booth, or one built around your goal

This is the real fork. For a wedding or a family event, a good booth and a beautiful photo are enough on their own. But when the event has a business goal, what we can change is the output itself, so it does a job:

Most JB bookings fall into one of three venue types, and each one changes the footprint we bring: hotel ballrooms along the city centre and the Danga Bay stretch, event halls and clubhouses in the surrounding townships, and office or showroom spaces for corporate activations.
