INFIBOOTH, operated by BRIO STUDIO ("we", "us", "our"), operates this website and provides 3D photo booth services for events, weddings, brand activations and pop-ups (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, enquire about or book our Services, or take part in a photo booth session at an event. We handle personal data in a manner consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

By using our website or taking part in our Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to two groups of people:

  • Clients — individuals or organisations who enquire about, book, or pay for our Services (for example, a couple booking a wedding, or a brand booking an activation).
  • Guests — individuals who use the photo booth at an event hosted by our Client (for example, wedding guests or event attendees).

Some sections apply to only one group. Where that is the case, we say so.

Personal Information We Collect

From Clients:

  • Contact details including name, organisation, email address, phone number, and billing address.
  • Event details including event date, venue address, event type, guest numbers, and any branding or design preferences you share with us.
  • Financial information including payment details, deposit and balance records, invoices, and payment confirmations. Card numbers are processed directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Communications including the content of your enquiries via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other channels.

From Guests:

  • Photographs and video captured at the photo booth during the event.
  • AI-generated artwork derived from those photographs.
  • Optional contact details where a Guest chooses to have their photo sent to them by email, phone number, or QR code delivery.

From all website visitors:

  • Device information including your device, browser, network connection, IP address, and other unique identifiers.
  • Usage information including how and when you interact with or navigate our website.

How We Handle Photographs

Photographs are central to our Services, and we treat them with care.

Purpose. We capture and process photographs solely to deliver the Services — including on-site printing, generating AI-assisted lenticular artwork, producing digital copies, and delivering images to the Client and to Guests who request them.

Guest participation is voluntary. Guests choose whether to use the photo booth. Signage or on-screen notice is displayed at the booth. By stepping into the booth and having a photograph taken, a Guest is consenting to that photograph being taken, printed, and provided to them and to the Client hosting the event.

Sharing with the Client. Photographs taken at an event are shared with the Client who booked the Services, typically via a digital gallery. The Client is responsible for how they subsequently use those photographs.

Marketing use requires separate consent. We will not publish photographs of Guests on our website, our Instagram accounts, or any marketing material unless we have obtained appropriate consent — either from the Guest directly (for example, via a photo release option at the booth) or, where applicable, from the Client under our service agreement. Any Guest may ask us to remove their image from our marketing channels at any time by contacting us, and we will do so promptly.

Retention. We retain event photographs for a limited period after the event to allow for reprints, gallery access, and technical support, and thereafter delete them from our active systems. Clients and Guests may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Client responsibilities. Where a Client hosts an event, the Client is responsible for informing their guests that a photo booth will be in operation and that photographs will be taken. Please see our Terms of Service.

Sources of Personal Information

  • Directly from you, when you enquire, book, pay, communicate with us, or use the photo booth;
  • Automatically through our website, from your device and through cookies and similar technologies;
  • From our Clients, where they provide us with event or guest information;
  • From our service providers, when they collect or process personal information on our behalf.

How We Use Personal Information

  • To provide the Services. To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm bookings, process payments, plan and deliver the photo booth at your event, produce prints and artwork, and deliver digital galleries.
  • To communicate with you. To provide customer support, send booking confirmations and reminders, and maintain our business relationship with you.
  • Marketing and advertising. With appropriate consent, to showcase our work on our website and Instagram, and to send promotional communications. You may opt out at any time.
  • Security and fraud prevention. To secure payments and to detect, investigate or act on possible fraudulent, unlawful or malicious activity.
  • Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, and to enforce or investigate potential violations of our terms.

How We Disclose Personal Information

  • With vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as IT and cloud storage providers, payment processors, AI image-processing tools, printing suppliers, and gallery delivery platforms.
  • With the Client who booked the event, in the case of event photographs.
  • When you direct, request, or otherwise consent to disclosure.
  • With our affiliates, including INFI LAB and BRIO STUDIO.
  • In connection with a business transaction, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce applicable terms, and to protect or defend our rights and the rights of our users or others.

Third Party Websites and Links

Our website may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites. Our inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement.

Children's Data

Our website is not intended for use by children. Where children attend an event and use the photo booth, we rely on the Client and on the child's parent or guardian to supervise participation and to consent to the child's photograph being taken. If you are the parent or guardian of a child whose photograph you wish to have deleted, please contact us and we will do so.

Security and Retention

No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." Information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

How long we retain personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to deliver the Services, provide gallery access and reprints, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances.

  • Right to Access / Know. Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete. Request that we delete personal information we hold about you, including photographs of you, subject to our need to retain records for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Right to Correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right of Portability. Request a copy of your personal information, or its transfer to a third party, in certain circumstances.
  • Managing Communication Preferences. Opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe option. If you opt out, we may still send non-promotional messages about your booking.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing use of your image. Contact us at any time and we will remove your image from channels we control.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Complaints

If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Malaysia, this is the Personal Data Protection Department (Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi).

International Transfers

We may transfer, store and process personal information outside the country you live in, including where our cloud storage providers, printing partners, or AI processing tools are located. Where required, we will rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide notice as required by applicable law.

INFIBOOTH is a brand operated by BRIO STUDIO (SSM Registration No: 202503014538 / AS0489847-T). All payments for bookings are received by BRIO STUDIO.

Because our Services are event-based and date-specific, this policy explains how bookings, deposits, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work. Please read it before confirming a booking.

Securing Your Booking

A booking is only confirmed once we have received:

  1. Your written confirmation of the event date, venue, package and duration; and
  2. The non-refundable booking deposit.

Until both are received, your event date remains open to other clients. We are unable to hold dates without a deposit.

Booking deposit: 50% of the total package fee.
Balance: due no later than 3 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to withhold service on the event day if the balance has not been settled.

The Deposit Is Non-Refundable

The booking deposit is non-refundable. This is because, once your date is confirmed, we decline other bookings for that date, reserve our equipment and crew, and begin design and preparation work specific to your event.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

  • More than 30 days before the event: you may reschedule once, free of charge, to a new date within 12 months, subject to our availability. Your deposit carries over to the new date.
  • 14 to 30 days before the event: rescheduling is subject to our availability and a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total package fee.
  • Less than 14 days before the event: rescheduling is treated as a cancellation (see below). If we are able to accommodate a new date, this is at our sole discretion.

If we are not available on your requested new date, the original cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation by You

If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 30 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited. No further charges apply.
  • 14 to 30 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited, and 25% of the total package fee is payable.
  • Less than 14 days before the event: the full package fee is payable.

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are effective from the date we receive them.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking for a reason within our control, we will refund all amounts you have paid us, including the deposit, in full.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, government restriction, public emergency, or venue closure.

If such an event prevents the Services from being delivered, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule to a mutually acceptable date within 12 months, and your deposit will carry over. Where rescheduling is not possible, we will refund amounts paid, less any costs already reasonably incurred by us in preparing for your event.

Refunds for Service Issues

If we fail to deliver the Services as booked due to our own fault — for example, we do not arrive, or the booth is inoperable for a substantial part of the booked period — we will refund a fair and proportionate amount of the fee, or the full fee where no service was delivered.

The following are not grounds for a refund:

  • Delays or disruption caused by the venue, the Client, or the Client's guests (including late access to the venue, lack of power supply, or unsuitable setup space);
  • Low guest turnout or low usage of the booth;
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or likeness of AI-generated artwork, where it was produced correctly from the photographs captured;
  • Minor colour variation between digital previews and printed output, which is inherent to physical printing;
  • Minor variations inherent to lenticular (light-grating) printing, including differences in viewing angle, alignment, or finish;
  • Short interruptions caused by power supply issues, internet connectivity at the venue, or events outside our control, where we resume service promptly.

Reprints and Digital Files

Digital files are delivered via an online gallery after the event. Reprints may be requested at additional cost, subject to our retention period. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require reprints.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Overview

Welcome to INFIBOOTH. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to INFIBOOTH, a brand operated by BRIO STUDIO (SSM Registration No: 202503014538 / AS0489847-T). INFIBOOTH and INFI LAB are trading brands of BRIO STUDIO, and all payments for bookings are received by BRIO STUDIO.

INFIBOOTH provides 3D photo booth services for events, weddings, brand activations and pop-ups, together with this website and all related content, features and tools (the "Services").

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting our website, enquiring about our Services, confirming a booking, or taking part in a photo booth session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

In these Terms, "Client" means the person or organisation who books the Services, and "Guest" means an individual who uses the photo booth at a Client's event.

1 — Bookings and Payment

Enquiries and quotations do not constitute a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have received your written confirmation of the event details and the booking deposit.

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and, unless expressly stated otherwise, exclude travel and accommodation outside our standard service area, overtime charges, additional printing, and any charges imposed by the venue.

Deposits, balances, rescheduling and cancellation are governed by our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that the information you provide when booking is correct, current and complete, that you are authorised to make the booking, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

2 — The Services

We provide a self-built 3D photo booth system, professional photography-grade equipment, on-site operation by our crew, printed output, and digital delivery, as set out in the package you book.

Package inclusions, booth duration, print volume, backdrop, props and any custom design elements are as agreed in writing at the time of booking. Anything not expressly agreed in writing is not included.

We may substitute equipment, props, backdrops or crew of equivalent quality where reasonably necessary, without reducing the overall standard of the Services.

3 — Client Responsibilities at the Venue

To deliver the Services safely and on time, the Client must ensure that the following are available at no cost to us:

  • Space. A level, sheltered, dry area of adequate size for the booth setup, as advised by us in advance.
  • Power. Reliable access to a standard mains power supply within reasonable distance of the booth position.
  • Access and setup time. Venue access for our crew at least 90 minutes before the booked start time, with a clear route for loading equipment. Where the venue restricts access, imposes lift or stair limitations, or requires early setup and standby, the Client must inform us in advance.
  • Venue permissions. Any permits, permissions, or approvals required by the venue for our equipment, power use, or operation.
  • Parking. Reasonable parking access for our crew. Parking charges, tolls, and entry fees are payable by the Client.
  • Safety. A safe operating environment for our crew and equipment.

If the Client does not meet these requirements and this causes a delay, the booked booth duration is not extended, and no refund is due for time lost. Where we are unable to operate safely, we may suspend the Services without refund.

4 — Guests and Photography Consent

The Client acknowledges that the Services involve photographing Guests at the Client's event.

The Client must inform their guests that a photo booth will be in operation and that photographs will be taken. We display signage or on-screen notice at the booth, but the Client remains responsible for making their guests aware.

Guest participation is voluntary. By stepping into the booth and having a photograph taken, a Guest consents to that photograph being taken, printed, and provided to them and to the Client.

Marketing use. We will not publish photographs of Guests on our website, Instagram, or any marketing material without appropriate consent — either obtained directly from the Guest at the booth, or as agreed with the Client in writing. Any Guest may ask us to remove their image from our channels at any time, and we will do so promptly.

Children. Where children use the booth, the Client and the child's parent or guardian are responsible for supervising participation and consenting to the photograph being taken.

5 — Client-Supplied Materials

Where the Client supplies logos, artwork, brand assets, photographs, fonts, or other material for use in booth design, print templates, or overlays ("Client Materials"), the Client represents and warrants that: (a) it owns, or has obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions to, all Client Materials; (b) the Client Materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, right of publicity, privacy right, or other right of any third party; and (c) the Client Materials are not unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

The Client grants us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and adapt the Client Materials solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline to use any Client Materials that we believe are unlawful, infringing, or objectionable.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to the Client Materials.

6 — AI-Generated Artwork

Our Services include lenticular prints in which one viewing angle shows the photograph and the other shows an AI-generated artwork rendering derived from that photograph.

You acknowledge that AI-generated output is inherently variable and stylised, and that we cannot guarantee any particular artistic result, likeness, or degree of resemblance. Variation in AI output is a characteristic of the Service, not a defect.

7 — Overtime and Additional Charges

If the Client requests that the booth operate beyond the booked duration, and our crew and schedule permit, overtime will be charged at our then-current hourly rate, payable on the day or invoiced after the event.

Additional charges may also apply for: travel or accommodation outside our standard service area, venue-imposed fees, additional prints beyond the package allowance, and idle standby time requested by the Client or required by the venue.

8 — Delivery of Photographs

Printed output is provided at the event. Digital files are delivered via an online gallery after the event, within the timeframe advised at booking.

We retain event photographs for a limited period to allow for gallery access, reprints and support, after which they are deleted from our active systems. Clients are advised to download and back up their files promptly. We are not liable for loss of files after the retention period has ended.

9 — Equipment, Damage and Liability at the Venue

All equipment, props and backdrops remain our property at all times.

The Client is responsible for any loss of or damage to our equipment, props or backdrops caused by the Client, the Client's guests, or the Client's other vendors, other than fair wear and tear or damage caused by our own crew.

We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse of the booth or props by Guests, or from a Guest's failure to follow reasonable instructions given by our crew.

We may refuse service to, or remove from the booth area, any person who is abusive, intoxicated, behaving unsafely, or damaging our equipment. Where such conduct prevents us from operating, we may suspend the Services without refund.

10 — Intellectual Property

Our Services, including our booth system, software, templates, designs, website content, text, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof (excluding Client Materials), are owned by BRIO STUDIO, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by Malaysian and foreign copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our website without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The INFIBOOTH, INFI LAB and BRIO STUDIO names, logos, designs and slogans are trademarks of BRIO STUDIO or its affiliates or licensors. All other names, logos and marks appearing in the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners, and no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners is claimed or implied.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain copyright in the photographs and artwork we produce, and grant the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them for personal or internal business purposes.

11 — Privacy

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

12 — Feedback and Reviews

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the Feedback, that it does not violate any third-party right, and that it is not libellous, unlawful, abusive or obscene. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay compensation for it, or to respond to it.

13 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions on our website relating to package descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

14 — Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame or harm our crew or any other person; to transmit false or misleading information; to impersonate any person or entity; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of our website.

15 — Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion at any time, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, in accordance with our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The following sections survive termination: Client-Supplied Materials, Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy.

16 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The information presented on our website is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY INFIBOOTH, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL INFIBOOTH, BRIO STUDIO, OUR PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEE PAID BY YOU FOR THE BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INFIBOOTH, BRIO STUDIO, and our affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, payable to any third party arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including any claim arising from Client Materials or from a failure to inform your guests that photographs would be taken; or (3) your use of the Services.

19 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

20 — Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any written booking confirmation or quotation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

21 — Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice.

22 — Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You and INFIBOOTH agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

23 — Headings

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

24 — Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

25 — Contact Information

INFI LAB, operated by BRIO STUDIO ("we", "us", "our"), operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). INFI LAB is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

How We Handle Customer Content (Photos)

Because our products are customised, we necessarily collect and process the photographs and personal details you supply.

Purpose. We use Customer Content solely to design, produce, quality-check, and fulfil your order — including generating AI-assisted artwork for lenticular prints, and printing cards, badges, keychains and related items.

Sharing. Customer Content may be shared with our production partners, printing vendors, and the AI image-processing tools we use to create your artwork, strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Retention. We retain Customer Content for as long as needed to complete your order and to handle any reprints, defects, or disputes, and thereafter for a limited period for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your Customer Content at any time after your order is completed by contacting us.

Marketing use requires your consent. We will not post, publish, or use your photographs, artwork, or finished products on our website, Instagram, or any marketing material unless you have given us your separate consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and we will remove the content from channels we control going forward.

Third-party individuals. If your Customer Content includes photographs of other people, you confirm that you have obtained their consent for us to process their images for this purpose.

Personal Information Sources

  • Directly from you, including when you create an account, place an order, upload Customer Content, or communicate with us;
  • Automatically through the Services, including from your device when you use our products or visit our website, and through the use of cookies and similar technologies;

Customised Products — Please Read First

All INFI LAB products are made to order using the photographs and details you supply. Because each item is uniquely produced for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • change of mind or buyer's remorse;
  • dissatisfaction with the photograph you yourself uploaded;
  • incorrect names, spelling, or customisation details that you supplied.

Please check your uploaded photos, spelling of names, and all customisation details carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered.

Time limit. You have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of a defect.

Inspect on arrival. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.

Request first. To start a return, contact us using the details below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If accepted. We will provide return instructions. Where the fault is ours, we will cover return shipping. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or reprint instead of a refund.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

  • Screen-to-print colour variation. Minor colour differences between your screen and the printed product.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with AI artwork. Where the AI-generated artwork was produced correctly from the photograph you supplied, but the artistic result does not match your personal expectations.
  • Poor source photo. Print quality issues caused by a low-resolution, blurred, dark, backlit, heavily filtered, or otherwise unsuitable photograph that you uploaded.
  • Inherent production variation. Minor variations natural to lenticular (light-grating) printing, handmade assembly, and small-batch production.
  • Customer-supplied errors. Incorrect names, spelling, or trainer or character details that you entered.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have still not received it, please contact us.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, cancellation requests can only be accepted before we have started production on your item. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Welcome to INFI LAB. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to INFI LAB, a brand operated by BRIO STUDIO (SSM Registration No: 202503014538 / AS0489847-T). INFIBOOTH and INFI LAB are trading brands of BRIO STUDIO, and all payments for orders placed on this store are received by BRIO STUDIO.

INFI LAB operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). INFI LAB is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1 — Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

2 — Our Products

INFI LAB products are made-to-order collectible items, which may include 3D lenticular photo cards, trainer ID cards with NFC, framed photographs, badges, keychains, stickers, and related collectible sets.

Colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. Lenticular printing, handmade assembly, and small-batch production naturally produce minor variations between items; these are characteristics of the product, not defects. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

3 — Customer Content and Customisation

3.1 Your responsibility for what you upload. To produce your customised products, you must supply photographs, names, and other details ("Customer Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to all Customer Content you submit; that you have obtained the consent of every identifiable individual appearing in it; that it does not infringe any third-party right; and that it is not unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

3.2 Licence to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and process your Customer Content — including by AI-assisted image generation — solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order and providing customer support. We will not use your Customer Content for marketing or public display without your separate consent.

3.3 Our right to refuse. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the Customer Content is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, is objectionable, or is technically unsuitable for production. Where we cancel on these grounds before production, we will refund the amount paid.

3.4 Indemnity for Customer Content. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from or related to your Customer Content, including any claim that it infringes the rights of a third party.

3.5 AI-generated artwork. Certain products incorporate artwork generated with the assistance of AI tools. You acknowledge that AI-generated output is inherently variable and stylised, and that we cannot guarantee any particular artistic result, likeness, or degree of resemblance.

4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. INFI LAB reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Because our products are customised and production begins shortly after acceptance, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has started. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5 — Prices and Billing

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6 — Shipping and Delivery

Because our products are made to order, production lead time is required in addition to shipping time. All estimated production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7 — Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio (excluding your Customer Content), are owned by BRIO STUDIO, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Malaysian and foreign intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. The INFI LAB, INFIBOOTH and BRIO STUDIO names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of BRIO STUDIO or its affiliates or licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

8 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties and without any endorsement. Any use of the optional tools is entirely at your own risk. The Services may also contain hyperlinks to third-party websites which we do not control or endorse; if you access them, you do so at your own risk.

9 — Relationship with Shopify

INFI LAB is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with INFI LAB (BRIO STUDIO). Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and INFI LAB, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with INFI LAB.

10 — Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

11 — Feedback

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY INFI LAB, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL INFI LAB, BRIO STUDIO, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

17 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INFI LAB, BRIO STUDIO, Shopify, and our affiliates and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right (including any claim arising from your Customer Content), or your access to and use of the Services.

18 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

19 — Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
